About creto and these terms

creto is the music service at www.songcreative.com, based in Hong Kong. For account, privacy or billing questions, contact support@songcreative.com.

By using creto, you agree to these terms. You must have the legal capacity and any authorization required to enter this agreement. Do not use the service where doing so would violate applicable law. Our Privacy Policy explains how information is processed.

creto provides music generation, a personal library and audio tools. Features depend on the selected model and service availability. Disabled features and features marked “Coming soon” cannot be used yet.

Your account

Sign in with your own Google account and protect access to it. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for providing accurate information. Do not impersonate another person, share access to evade limits or create multiple accounts to abuse promotional credits.

Your content and permitted use

You retain your existing rights in your original uploads and lyrics. You give creto and its service providers permission to process, store, transmit and transform that content as needed to carry out your requests and deliver the results.

You must have the rights and permissions needed for uploaded audio, artwork, lyrics and any identifiable voice. Do not use the service to infringe copyright or privacy, impersonate others deceptively, distribute unlawful material, bypass safeguards or interfere with other accounts or systems.

Our Acceptable Use Policy applies to everything you generate, upload, process or share through creto. Do not generate or submit NSFW sexual content, including pornography, sexually explicit or sexually suggestive material, or content that facilitates sexual exploitation, harmful abuse or unlawful activity.

Non-explicit romance, mature themes, strong language and artistic or educational discussion are permitted within these boundaries; a sensitive word or topic alone is not a violation.

AI output may resemble other material, contain errors or be unsuitable for a particular use. creto does not guarantee that output is unique, copyrightable or cleared of third-party rights. A subscription alone does not grant rights in someone else’s music, image or voice. Before publishing or using output commercially, check the applicable model’s usage terms and any rights in your inputs.

Credits and processing

Music requests cost 10 credits for Astra, 20 for Lyria, 25 for MiniMax generation or audio Cover, 40 for Mureka with supplied lyrics or instrumental music, and 125 for Mureka from an idea. Other paid actions show their credit cost before you confirm.

Eligible verified new accounts receive 50 promotional credits once. Repeated sign-ins do not issue another gift. Gifts may remain pending when signup information cannot be verified, or be held for review when more than five distinct accounts share the same signup IP.

The credit cost is shown before you confirm an action. A music request is charged once processing is accepted and the request is recorded in your account. A failed or expired recorded request returns the credits charged for that request once. Returns are applied when the request status is next checked. If a submission response is lost, check History and your balance before submitting again.

Where available, audio transcription costs 2 credits per request. Viewing a quote does not spend credits. Confirming a request authorizes paid processing. Completed processing remains charged even if no matching lyric timing is found. Editing lyrics or deleting a song after processing starts does not cancel the charge.

Credits accumulate without resetting at renewal. Promotional credits have no cash purchase value. Deleting a song does not return its generation credits or remove retained usage evidence. Restoring credits after a processing failure is different from refunding a payment.

Subscriptions and payment

New songs created on the Free plan are public. Active Base and Pro plans create private songs and let you change visibility in Library, individually or in batches. Existing private songs stay out of public discovery when a plan expires. Anyone with a song’s permanent file URL can still access that file, regardless of its visibility setting.

• Base: US$12 per month or US$100 per year, with 600 credits each month.
• Pro monthly: US$20 per month, with 1,000 credits each month.
• Pro yearly: US$160 per year, with 1,000 credits each month.

Annual plans are paid upfront for the year and add credits each month on your original subscription anniversary. A shorter month uses its last day; the following month returns to the original date. Checkout shows the billing interval, applicable tax and final amount before payment.

The payment provider and purchase terms are shown at checkout. Credits and paid access are added only after payment is confirmed. Returning from checkout alone does not confirm payment.

Subscriptions renew at the selected interval until you cancel renewal. Use the management option in Credits & billing or follow the instructions on your payment receipt. Canceling renewal keeps your paid access and scheduled monthly credits until the end of the period you paid for. It does not refund that payment. Earlier purchases remain with their original payment provider.

One-time credit packs

Credit packs add credits only. They do not renew, change your subscription or grant paid-plan benefits. Pack credits accumulate without expiring.

• 400 credits for US$10, paid once.
• 1,300 credits for US$30, paid once.
• 4,500 credits for US$100, paid once.

Pack credits are added after payment is confirmed.

Refunds and consumer rights

Our Refund Policy explains the usage limits for a refund review. Meeting those limits does not guarantee approval. An approved subscription refund returns the selected payment in full, removes only the unused credits from that payment, and ends the access and future credits it paid for. Credits from other payments and promotional gifts are kept.

Nothing in these terms or our refund policy excludes mandatory consumer rights. Any applicable statutory cancellation or withdrawal right is considered separately from our standard usage thresholds. Purchase-specific terms from the merchant of record also apply.

Availability, suspension and responsibility

Processing depends on third-party services and may be delayed or fail. Keep your own copies of work you need. We may restrict access to investigate misuse, protect the service or comply with law. Any restriction remains subject to applicable consumer rights and does not erase payment records.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without a guarantee of uninterrupted operation or suitability for a particular purpose. You are responsible for reviewing generated content before relying on it. These terms do not exclude any liability or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Changes and questions

We may update these terms as the service changes. The date above identifies the current version; material changes will be communicated through the service or another appropriate channel. An update does not erase rights attached to an existing purchase.
